Led by Ruth and Steve Stern, Hobbit Gateway Trail Directions: Go north on 89 from the traffic circle at Willow Lake and hwy 89 for 1.6 miles. Turn right at mobile home park (just after 3 Sisters Consignment). Follow to the turn in the road at the old concrete (Old 89A) bridge and park anywhere on the side of the road. Trail begins on Old 89A bridge. If coming from Pioneer Pkwy or 89A, go south on 89 for 1.4 miles and turn left at mobile home park. If you pass 3 Sisters, you have gone too far. The trail is relatively flat after an initial slope down. Hiking shoes recommended.
