Yahrzeit Plaques

A beautiful way to honor and remember a loved one who has passed is to purchase a Yahrzeit plaque to be placed on our memorial board in the sanctuary. This is a loving and meaningful way to observe their Yahrzeit (yearly anniversary of their passing) in support with your Temple B'rith Shalom community. 

To purchase a Yahrzeit plaque, please fill out this form and return it to Jessica in the office either by mail or email.
