Trust, Gratitude, Honor, Patience, Order, and Humility are some of the personal character traits that we study in Mussar. The goal is to become more aware of who we strive to be in order to live a meaningful and ethical life.
We delve deeply into our stories as we consider how we might turn real-world situations into opportunities for spiritual growth. Honesty and courage are part of the process. It is not always easy.
I will form a new group of women interested in this kind of personal exploration in May. The next group will meet on Tuesdays at 10am (every other week) for several months. Let me know if you are interested.
