Rabbi's Reflections ~ מועצת המנהלים Today is our first board meeting of the TBS year. We welcome new board members Samantha Opperman, Heather Balk, and Annie Bernkrant.
It is not always easy to recruit folks who have the time and energy and commitment to synagogue board work. At TBS, we are so grateful to all of our board members.
Here is a prayer to guide our work this year:
May our mind expand to explore new ideas and consider new possibilities.
May we experience what no longer is but what now just might be.
May the journey ahead be filled with joy amidst an abundance of insight, inspiration, and more than a touch of idealism.
With healthy living, working, and being thus may we fill our hearts and souls
Let our work may exciting, energizing, and filled a sense that what we do transcends TBS and impacts the entire world.
L'shalom, Rabbi Susan
