Our Religious School students participated last Sunday in The Lone Soldiers Project. This annual initiative sends hundreds of hand-made Hanukkah cards and messages from Jewish children in Arizona to non-Israeli IDF soldiers who enlist from countries around the world. This video explains about Lone Soldiers.
Adult can participate. The deadline for mailed or electronic cards is Nov 19. Visit the East Valley Jewish Community Center (Chandler) website for instructions: https://www.evjcc.org/greetings/
