Rabbi’s Reflections ~ מחשבות ....עשה לך רב "Find yourself a teacher and you have found yourself a friend."
This Friday, we honor Arlene Brownie for her twenty-two years as religious school teacher at TBS. It is quite an achievement and one that I regard with great appreciation.
Though Arlene will not be with us in person on Sunday mornings, her spirit of kindness, inclusiveness, and just plain joy will fill the hallway and the classrooms forever at TBS. Join us Friday evening to celebrate Arlene during Shabbat Services.
Did you know that the Greater Phoenix Jewish Film Festival begins on Feb. 19? Visit GPJFF.org for tickets. Twenty-two films are available for streaming right onto your computer, smartphone, or tablet.
Thank you all so much for all the lovely get well cards and well wishes. I am so touched and grateful for my TBS family! I miss you all and look forward to see you all again soon. With gratitude, Jessica Dreifuss
