Adult Ed. Presents Living in Jewish Time by Rabbi Nina Perlmutter
Sunday, July 17, 2022 • 18 Tammuz 5782
1:00 PM - 2:30 PMTemple B'rith ShalomRabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel wrote that Judaism creates an “architecture in time.”
We’ll explore what this meant to our sages who crafted the Jewish calendar based on natural cycles, our collective history and personal transformation. We’ll consider how we might better understand and benefit NOW by living more consciously in Jewish time.
Bring your experiences as we discuss practices and insights revealed in the Jewish sense of time: daily, weekly, annually, and more.
